can't sleep
went to the gym last night. it was quite nice, what isn't quite nice is that I haven't slept and it's 10 am. is it because i ate matcha last night? i deactivated my instagram and made a new one just to record photos and videos for myself.
i work the next three days and then i have three days off. i hope i'll eventually nap a little before i go to work at four, because i was wanting to go to the gym again tonight (so that will be around 11/12 am or so.) but of course if i don't sleep i'm probably not going to. i wish i had some food because i feel like i can always fall asleep easier on a full stomach.
i definitely feel like this is because of the matcha. what else could it be? i am an insomniac but i usually start feeling very sleepy around 8 am at the latest. my eyes feel a little tired but my mind feels so active...
i'm going to try to lay down and sleep now
