yesterday i went back to work and spoke to todd and he told me about the situation the other day, he thought he was going to get fired (for calling himself re-todd.) but he didn't. this is also the boy who will eat food out of the dish pit trough just if someone asks him to. and the controversy involving the other bussers, let's call them J and G, was that G called J a jew (he's jewish) and then J complained about it not because he was offended but just because he doesn't like G that much (like i explained previously). today, some other drama happened and a lady wrote a very long review on google reviews about one of our hosts. basically about how she is prejudice toward people who are autistic. that's a whole other story, and apparently our general managers are going to talk to her about it. the mother of the child asked to sit somewhere quieter because her child has sensory issues and the host basically told her no, it's not possible (no leniancy). we all agree we can say that to each other after we tell the customer what they want to hear - yes! we'll try to accommodate you. sigh she speaks that way to the servers too. yes, we all make mistakes and fumble sometimes doing our job, but the most baseline requirement is just to keep attitude at home, and be nice
